Pros

They go around every couple of weeks and bring chips, or hot drinks or employee food bars to show appreciation. Pay is really good for part time.

Cons

Lots of people crammed in one place, desk sharing, stats are very important, more so than actually helping people, a lot of callers are repeat callers as they didn't get helped on first call, there is a get them off the phone asap attitude from supervisors.

Solid. Honestly no complaints. But always continue to improve

Can include working in the warehouse which isn’t technical at all

Pros

Coworkers, exposure to different areas of IT, decent pay

Cons

No support from upper management, working with skeleton crews on multiple projects at once, 1-on-1s felt like a waste of time, annual raises were not competitive
