Insurance deductibles are ridiculously high and I’ve come to find at most pharmacies I’m better off using the pharmacy discount program. Most of the work that is done can be done remote and even though many managers have the flexibility as well as others on your team for some reason they make a huge deal out of not physically being in the office. Leadership feels that they don’t owe employees explanations on things ie why we are rated as one of the worst employers to work for. Even though there is this multi million dollar facility getting a cell phone connection is nonexistent and the network connection in the building is a joke.
