      Some good people work there. If you are lucky, you will be teamed tip with them.

      Cons

      You will spend more time dealing with company politics and BS then focusing on your job and the most important thing, the customer.

      Coworkers, exposure to different areas of IT, decent pay

      Cons

      No support from upper management, working with skeleton crews on multiple projects at once, 1-on-1s felt like a waste of time, annual raises were not competitive
