      The people are the best thing about the business.

      The people in charge don't recognize that the people are the best thing about the business. It's turned into just another corporate entity that doesn't care about anything other than the bottom line.

      Coworkers, exposure to different areas of IT, decent pay

      Cons

      No support from upper management, working with skeleton crews on multiple projects at once, 1-on-1s felt like a waste of time, annual raises were not competitive
