Pros
Still many good and dedicated associates at Compucom. Opportunity to work on large & diverse accounts. Opportunities to learn about IT Service industry.
Cons
Office Depot (who owns Compucom) pressuring Compucom to increase revenues to fund OD's retail business. Morale declined after large layoffs in Q2 of 2019. I am hearing that some clients are nervous about the future. Raises are hard to come by. PTO is commonly referred to as "Pretend" Time Off.
