Pros
Decent benefits and PTO. Flexible scheduling. The ability to work from home (if you are in the right department.)
Cons
No room to move up in the company, nor do they offer any incentives or substantial pay raises when the rare opportunity does come up. They are off shoring more and more positions to Mexico and the overall quality of work is definitely degrading.
