Pros
They do have a good work life balance and it is a pretty laid back atmosphere. You can pretty much set your own schedule as long as you work eight hours a day. Pretty normal benefits.
Cons
Very hierarchical, it seems that everybody has a manager title and some of them you can actually hear yelling at their employees! I felt like I was in the twilight zone. PTO went down from 3 weeks to 2 weeks. There's a waiting period of 2-3 years to become vested in the 401k. No potential for growth.
