      home office, work and life balance, the environment was very nice at the office.

      Cons

      seems there's still a bit of a tight cirlce in leadership, if your friends with the leaders you'll never get fired.

      Coworkers, exposure to different areas of IT, decent pay

      Cons

      No support from upper management, working with skeleton crews on multiple projects at once, 1-on-1s felt like a waste of time, annual raises were not competitive
