Pros

It's a very nice place to work, they support their employees and there's a training and career development plan, if you study enough you can get more money. They provide health, dental and vision insurance. They have a very good culture and values .

Cons

The coffee is horrible, the salary is not that good and it's very far from the city. Middle management could do way more in order to improve things for the employees, like hiring more people and getting to know the business better.

Pros

Coworkers, exposure to different areas of IT, decent pay

Cons

No support from upper management, working with skeleton crews on multiple projects at once, 1-on-1s felt like a waste of time, annual raises were not competitive
