      The pay scale for contractors is ridiculous for people earning the company their multi billion dollar status. $13.00 to $19.00 for IT tech's with raises year after year.

      Coworkers, exposure to different areas of IT, decent pay

      Cons

      No support from upper management, working with skeleton crews on multiple projects at once, 1-on-1s felt like a waste of time, annual raises were not competitive
