      Pros

      Training was decent. Gets you exposed to the medical market. You can use this job as a platform to move to another company in the medical field

      Cons

      Horrible Management Salary is very low Overworked You will have 3-4 bosses micro managing The company itself is unstable...always making changes making it hard to sell

      Pros

      The pay is higher than most employers offer for similar positions. The benefits like PTO & sick time are higher (with increased seniority).

      Cons

      No paid holidays. The culture is not as warm & "family-like" as it has been in the past. If you do not fit a specific "mold" for leadership they will not hire or promote you despite your vast knowledge & added value to the team.
