Pros

The only positive aspect is the Home Office / remote work flexibility, which was maintained.

Cons

Unfulfilled contract promises: Upon recruitment, management promised additional bonuses for achieving KPIs, which was also stated in the contract. For nearly a year, this bonus was never implemented or paid out under the excuse that the client had not established the evaluation criteria. Ultimately, the bonuses were completely withheld. Unprofessional management & communication: When trying to resolve the KPI issue, communication from upper management completely faded away. Supervisors avoided responsibility, offering vague reassurances ("I will pass it to my manager") before going entirely silent. Underwhelming compensation: The salary is very low and non-competitive considering the current cost of living in Prague. Lack of respect for experienced staff: Many highly experienced professionals joined during the vendor transition (from Webhelp Enterprise) with knowledge exceeding that of the current trainers and supervisors. Despite this expertise and delivering high-quality work, the team was treated poorly. The previous company left us with official recommendations; Concentrix couldn't even fulfill basic contractual agreements.

Pros

Great Teamwork within the company Training was efficient Loved working with a diverse population The point system for absences was decent There were incentives around Christmas time and it was fun and engaging You were able to question your QA and could change the outcome if they missed something

Cons

The companies benefits were expensive If there were issues with your internet you would have to take a point even though beyond your control The surveys were from customers and sometimes you can’t make all customers happy and it was added into your QA which you have no control over The shift bidding every 3 months made things stressful, especially when you couldn’t work that schedule given It was difficult to schedule off for holidays and sometimes had no choice but to work nearly all of them because they don’t have holidays off
