Pros

Co-workers, can listen to music if you want to at your workstation, fruit.

Cons

It became apparent as to why Concentrix has a very high turn over of employees: Poor training and management. In the account I worked for at the time, team leaders were forced to give KPI's that ended up being an unproductive amount. The KPI amount ended up hindering the quality of claims that were being processed. It did not help that the rules on how claims were successfully processed continued to change, which further more lowered the quality of the claims and the amounts being processed. KPI's were set high because management realized that Concentrix was not meeting the clients' demands with the claims for the account we worked on. That pressure was put on management, passed down to the team leaders and then left for all the processors to bear, which is why micro-management was so blatant. It was no surprise to hear months later after having left Concentrix, the client put Concentrix under review of their account. If you feel like you need to report anything to Human Resources, I would advise to find another job and quit. Human Resources at Concentrix brush off your issues and concerns you have, which speaks volumes about a company. I understood whilst working at Concentrix that like any company, Human Resources exist to save the company rather than the employee, however I would like to think that other companies don't try and gaslight employees into thinking that they are the issue. It's an objective concern and not just "my perception" if it's about a team leader who has zero knowledge on the work they are leading their team with whilst them having no idea on how to process the claims their subordinates work on all whilst having multiple complaints to their name. For the good, you will have discounts from certain companies to make it feel like it's worth working there for the low pay and you will also have co-workers who are in the same boat as you and you can all attend the occasional events to boost morale and team spirit to distract you from the life draining coil that is Concentrix management. The stress that employees and some managers undergo whilst working at Concentrix is no way near worth the low pay you receive. Working at Concentrix has taught me what to look out for and avoid in future employment.

Thank you for taking time out of your day to leave this review. We always appreciate feedback as it helps us improve the ways we take care of our Concentrix family. From the sound of your concerns, it's evident you feel you were not fully taken care of by supervisor during your time at Concentrix, and that is unfortunate. We currently planning to invest in leadership improvement programs so problems such as this are minimised in the future. Thank you again for your insightful feedback, it really helps make us all better!

Pros

A lot of great people with tremendous learning opportunities. My program is 24x7 so if willing to work nights and weekends, you can earn a higher rate of pay. Never boring and a lot to learn which works well for me!

Cons

Things can be very fast paced. Some people feel overwhelmed because there is a lot to learn.

Pros

Decent Pay and benefits . Trainers prepare you for basic work

Cons

They have Team Leaders and product experts. Some Team leaders are great, my was not, I was supposed to be coached on a regular basis, for four months I received no coaching. My coach only got involved if something could negatively could affect their Stats. I asked for more training several times, the 2nd time I asked, she transferred me to her supervisor instead of answering my question. Products Experts were helpful but sometimes had completely different answers to the same question. There was this ongoing training that you could request to join. I stopped going when they repeatedly taught the opposite of some the companies Zero Tolerance policies. When i brought it up with their supervisor I never recieved a reply.
