Pros

Disclaimer: I'm not local to Lake Mary but work on program and have always been work from home. I rate CNX in general a 5 but because of experience on some programs its a 3 or 4 for me. Job Retention - I love the fact that I didn't have to start over when program after program ended. I was able to move to another one and most times maintain my current level of role. Career Opportunities - Concentrix has a great University that helps you better yourself independently and prepare for future roles. I love the mentorship program to help guide in career advancement.

Cons

Contract - Concentrix is like a modernized TempForce . The difference is the companies come to Concentrix instead of Concentrix sending the employees to the companies. Its a constant fear of "how long will this one last" for roles especially on Operations side such as customer service, TL, program trainer and HR. Programs Not Consistent - I was blessed to work on one program where I really learned a lot about operations and I'm grateful because it helped me when I moved on. If it had not been for that program I would be lost as some programs don't seem to be run the same. I know everyone has different management styles but some things are a must. My current program is turning into my worst experience because just not organized enough. Job Retention - I love remaining employed when a program ends but I hate that your pay, work schedule and/or job role can change. I feel we should only move laterally or higher as it is not our fault the program ended. I also feel we shouldn't just "be happy" we're still employed and accept pay cut that are significant and schedule because this further negatively impacts work-life balance.

Pros

The people and team leads are nice for where I work.

Cons

For a new contract no one really knows a lot about the retailer. We are told one thing in training now other people coming in are told something else. The benefits are strange. They have medical dental and vision. But, they have no sick time at all? No vacation the pto is accrued which is fine but let’s say you need to see a doctor you can’t use it because you have to put in 2 weeks in advance? You get points for anything and everything under the sun? That I don’t understand. I worked through the years for a lot of companies and third party retailers and it was never like that. I just think no federal holiday time off is not so good especially if it’s a religious kind of holiday a family holiday.
