Management is so unorganized. Change TLs like every month They don’t care about you This TL gave me a ncns after she said I was approved to go on leave. Spoke to them about it they never did anything, they always disregarded me so I stopped asking. You can’t even reach Hr if you wanted to. No sick time, they will not excuse you if you have a doctors note. No maturity Leave. They want you to do the most answer calls from around the world and I was told we were going to only answer calls in Australia. They set the wrong expectations. They don’t really care about they employees we are just a number to them. literally this TL mention if we don’t do our work right she not getting her bonuses smh . They don’t respond to emails They also said that overtime is mandatory but they include it in your schedule and it’s your job to tell them you can’t do it or you’ll get an half a point for it.
