Pros
Been with Concentrix since 2016 but before that I was with several BPO companies but was not able to find fulfillment and growth. With Concentrix I was able to see growth and had a clear career path. Working in a warm environment and caring management, I was able to grow as an individual and as a team member. My managers helped me throughout my career growth and guide me through every step I needed to take while also allowing me to grow in my own pace. I am now moving up as leader in operations and this is by far the best journey I have had, and I know this is just one of the few highlights I will have as I work in Concentrix. On top of that, I get to work at home.
Cons
Concentrix shows more value to the external hires by giving them higher compensation that those that were internally promoted / hired. This makes people not want to stay with the company since they can get a bigger offer if they apply to a different company, and it also makes them feel less valued than external hires even after working for the company for many years.
