The rules and policies are unreasonable;
You get one attendance point when you miss a day off work, and it takes a month of no absence to correct that point.
You have to meet clients/enterprise standards monthly; if not you get a corrective action or lose your job; It is bizarre that your scorecard is mostly dependent on customers' surveys, most of the bad surveys are based on clients' products, processes, and policies, but then the advisor gets the heat, and you want them to fix customers who are not happy with the policies; Advisors are not magicians. For example, An Advisor gets 100% on 3 different compliance evaluations, but CSAT is not up to 85% all because of the company policies, and you punish the advisor for that. It is unfair!!!
You have more than one Line of Business, and if you refuse to move, you get fired; one advisor handling about 4 LOBs, the pressure is a lot
Then you have to bid for shift every 2 months, your schedule changes
