      Growth and personal development, there is 0 focus on employees who are tenure with company which is creating disappointment with new hire thinking if tenure has no growth what will be with me

      was able to work remotely is a plus - training is good, if you have inquiries- recruitment department was able to address concern in a timely manner-

      the account that was assigned to is sales - so monthly quota is stressful. Our account was unfortunately let go and the position is no longer available to they need to let go of us
