When it was soley DLG - Hybrid policy was ok Treated like an adult Direction with where the company was going More job security and more jobs coming back onshore Benefits were ok

WFH no longer exists and more drive back to the office forcing people to reduce hours Aviva takeover Lack of affordable parking Having to take teams meetings when in the office with people at home Saying working in the office was for collaboration but allowed you to come in any day without your team. Food/lack of food on site Inconsistent approach to managing staff depending on what department you were in. People going above and beyond not rewarded whilst people lacking in skills/competency were never managed.
