      They dont pay enough Purposely understaffed Treat all employees like thiefs Keep you at part time and under 6 hour shifts to avoid giving meal breaks.

      Pros

      Pay and benefits are excellent. Fast paced environment with opportunity to learn and move up within the company.

      Cons

      Mid-level management doesn't understand C-suite direction or is not aligned with that direction. Communication is terrible - lots of conflicting direction and ambiguity. Integrity is supposed to be a core value but VPs & Director lied or withheld the truth numerous times.
