Disgusting team mates who goes all out to outcast new members because of job insecurity. Management do not value people who put in effort in their work. Office politics is highly intense. Absolute dishonesty of leadership when faced with being in the wrong, or when faced with any type of difficult situation. Cover up their mistake to protect their bonuses.
