I'm disappointed to hear you felt challenged as a new mom at Edelman. While we offer a variety of programs, benefits and flexibility to accommodate this significant life transition, I know that it's not always that straightforward. In the meantime, I want you to know that providing a good experience pre-baby, during maternity leave and throughout the transition back to work are priorities for us (and personally for me as an Edelman working mom twice around myself). We're reenergized and motivated to continue making improvements to our offerings with our recent recognition as one of the top 100 companies by Working Mother magazine and I hope we'll make you and others proud.
