Pros

As long as I work my core hours each day and get the work done I need to, I can come in as early as I want to. That translates to leaving a bit earlier (6:30am to 3pm). I ahve generally had flexibility and freedom to work on things at my pace.

Cons

Upper management tends to not understand how much extra work they keep giving us without the additional employees to balance the volume of projects each of us has. They seem completely unaware that having constantly changing procedures, document templates and guidleines tends to lead to a lot of frustration and the overall high turnover rate in the Integrity department. Upper managements complete hatred of work from home as a business model and employee incentive also tends to keep many new hires from even considering an offer from the copany, that and the salaries that are far below the industry average.

Never off even when on PTO, Management doesn’t have your back, employees can gang up on you because they don’t want to work and are lazy.
