Monday through Friday schedule, good healthcare and retirement benefits, dedicated yet untrained hourly staff, some opportunity for advancement, nice support from HR
Cons
Upper management are completely unprofessional, spending time monitoring employee behavior and small issues and completely miss the larger picture. This job was worse than middle school bullies. If you're not in the club, they make life unbearable focusing on the tiniest flaws and petty jealousies. Avoid this company like the plague!
