      Must be flexible. Lots of last minute asks. Lots of paperwork and procedures. Corporate structure not for everyone. Confusion or kack of ommunication sometimes can be frustrating at times. Ll

      Comprehensive benefits package. Work-life balance is improved. Above-average market salary offering

      Cons

      Poorly drafted union labor agreement. Outdated and poorly vetted recipes taken from the company recipe database called Webtrition. Top-level management for the account sits outside of California and and far away from the client.
