      No pros the managers have to like you for you to get fair treatment

      Cons

      They can fire you based off lies and petty drama with no proof they don’t care about employees and they curse you out if you ask valuable questions and call out unfair treatment

      Comprehensive benefits package. Work-life balance is improved. Above-average market salary offering

      Cons

      Poorly drafted union labor agreement. Outdated and poorly vetted recipes taken from the company recipe database called Webtrition. Top-level management for the account sits outside of California and and far away from the client.
