      Monday- Friday schedule and paid holidays.

      Cons

      Upper management changes constantly. The budgets are never within reach- so bonuses never happen. End up working 60-70 hrs per week.

      Comprehensive benefits package. Work-life balance is improved. Above-average market salary offering

      Cons

      Poorly drafted union labor agreement. Outdated and poorly vetted recipes taken from the company recipe database called Webtrition. Top-level management for the account sits outside of California and and far away from the client.
