Pros

No doubt about it, it's challenging as we are growing fast. Eventbrite has a incredible focus on culture. Best aspect is the focus on continued education. They truly want you to grow, and provide and environment in which you can.

Cons

It's a very competitive industry, and some might say broken. While Eventbrite fights the good fight, and aims to disrupt, many users are stubborn and their priorities are in the wrong place.

Wonderful work/life balance, benefits, and there were many amazing people who worked here.

Cons

Communication from upper management was not always the best. They also laid off our entire team and replaced us with a third party company.
