      A lot of flexibility, autonomy, and work life balance. Great benefits, great people.

      Cons

      Priorities shift often and lead to random disruptions. Leadership does not seem to have a clear, consistent view of the customer we’re building for which leads to feature bloat and excess tech debt

      -Chill culture, smart people -Get to work on impactful technical challenges at scale -Is a well known consumer brand to have on your resume

      Cons

      -There's an even mix of go-getters and slackers -Process can be overwhelming at times (docs, meetings, retros etc) -Product space is not that exciting nor motivating
