      Good salary (at least for now). Remote work with office/coworking option (for now) Interesting projects

      Cons

      Leaderships keeps on telling us everything is fine but then the do layoffs, remove bonuses, remove get-together. All while keeping the dealines and necessary support after an already tight year.

      -Chill culture, smart people -Get to work on impactful technical challenges at scale -Is a well known consumer brand to have on your resume

      Cons

      -There's an even mix of go-getters and slackers -Process can be overwhelming at times (docs, meetings, retros etc) -Product space is not that exciting nor motivating
