Pros

Fun loving place with okay break Rooms

Cons

1)Management is very unethical, inexperienced and unprofessional. 2)Management has Zero technical knowledge and zero tool knowledge and low understanding of what's happening in the projects 3)Nobody can question Management, though managers are Idiots and no nothing about any projects 4)Management only knows how to assign work and rest they are not aware of or worried about, basically its not their job after assigning the task to someone in the team. 5)Management's job is to get things done by using threating works and unpleasant terminology 6)Too many projects around 7)IT HR does not function as expected 8)Only down-sizing 9)Leads are not good 10)Heavy politics within the small team of 2-4 onsite 11) Manager needs buttering and patting all the time. IT Management cannot handle criticism 12)Management holds grudge and perfectly works there Only solution is Terminate Contractors immediately without any notice if the management is questioned or criticized Nothing is Untrue, Please think before accepting Exeter's employment in QA department
