Pros

Lots of INTERNAL Growth. Supervisors and Managers want you to succeed. They give you the tools and allow you to sink or swim. The CEO actually has a VERY good eye on the ball. If you do the work and put in the effort , follow the plan and leave your ego at the door, you WILL SUCCEED here. One of the best most caring Helpdesk departments around. Always making the effort to treat every employee the same and making sure we the employees get what we need.

Cons

Policy and Procedures need to be followed BY THE EMPLOYEES. Training is not always followed and many employees hired are not Managed or trained properly. If you are going to want long term employees , train them for the long-term goals of the company as a whole. Employees morale is very low, due to layoffs and a shuffle in the top vp employees, however this change is NEEDED. The company has way too many island projects and need to be streamlined with viable people that can LEAD the company out of this transition. Kudos on the recent higher up changes. IF people cant lead get rid of them , if they cant follow lose them. Its a new day.

Late hours. I’d prefer getting off a little earlier daily to allow time with my family.
