Pros
Excellent support from internal team members and leadership. They did everything they could to assist in getting things approved, purchased, implemented, etc.
Cons
Difficult to get things implemented/provisioned correctly. Escalations fell on deaf ears due to so many teams escalating simultaneously. Heavy reliance on H1B contractors which can be problematic if there's any slowdown or challenge in getting H1B visas getting renewed from their respective sponsor. This was all before Cigna took over. TBD on how things are now.
