Pros
The company tries to be flexible when it comes to your earned time. Not a bad commute. The job is not rocket science.
Cons
Disorganized, protocols are put in place before they are finalized so you get five different versions of what you are supposed to do. Good, smart people leaving because they cannot deal with the drama between ignorant coworkers. Only the brown nosers get ahead if you work hard you get overlooked. This place changes you and NOT for the better. You can't trust anyone...sad really.
