      Pros

      Great people (engineers), great atmosphere, acceptable tech stack, freedom on implementation, salary is not horrible

      Cons

      Higher management is horrible, making decisions at the last moment without informing employees about anything (sudden blockages without any reason). A lot of people are leaving Polish GDCs, and it seems like the company is heading in the direction of closing offices in Europe (in Poland, they want to fire 800 people)
