Your skills matters more than university degree and one is being offered many various challanges sometimes at completely difference areas. Apart from that, Fujitsu offers strong social security system.
Cons
Salaries are low comparing to other companies in IT brach. Promotion usually doesn't give any salary raise. High turn-over of staff and management. Lack of documented processes and systems - excel is the main 'system' that company is using hence to much manual work.
