      Pros

      Good people are still here but much less so than five years ago.

      Cons

      Some truly terrible employees work here. Management is dire in some instances. Back biting, politics etc are rife and create a very bad working enviroment. Most of the staff are unhappy at the lack of modern working practice available. Redundancies. No plan for making up the shortfall in their revenue.
