Crony managers are well over-paid but channel all their work to the ground-level and non-crony people. Meeting discussions consist of blame-elements instead of solutions. Management preaches about how much they care about the team. Actions are total opposite. There is no clear career path to follow. There is not even an updated organization chart to understand the company's hierarchy.
