      1.Poor salary for Fresh Grads 2.Projects in Store(Mostly support and Maintenance ) --> People are given Developer roles but the work we do is mostly support and Maintenance. 3. Poor Management (Politics within ) 4. No scope to learn and work on Latest Tech or even that are on demand. 5.Attrition rate is too high compared to market standards.
