      Pros

      The software business in NZ was doing great relatively. Great group of people that was pleasure to work with, awesome experience.

      Cons

      Eventually I got promoted and learned what the senior management was like, there is a very obvious problem in Australia-NZ and that is the CEO, everyone who works at the company knows about it.
