Pros
Good salary, great benefits. Very transparent when it comes to company goals and direction. Fujitsu offers a myriad of options when it comes to self improvement and is always trying to search for ways to improve the workplace.
Cons
Not very many social outings. Work is very siloed and it can be difficult to interact with other parts of the company. The company is heavily reliant on carriers which can be scary at times. In terms of new job opportunities, it can be more productive to look outside the company than in it.
