      Friendly environment, you will make good friends and gain experience as IT Good benefits

      Cons

      If you want to grow on the company, you need to friend of the team manager. 1-2-1 evaluations very poor, manager's doesn't care with your health or concerns, only the SLA's and to pickup the calls asap.
