Company going down the pan - Anonymous employee Fujitsu Employee Review

-Management only take care of themselves, will no get involved with lower ranked employees. -Management prefer to buy in new staff, not use current talent in the company. -There is a big blame culture going on. -I dont see how the customers work with fujtisu as most of them complain about the project managers who are useless. -No pay existence. -There is a lot of work in some units but others doing nothing. -All of the management including the CEO must be sacked and replaced. -There is no communication between units. -Not a nice place to work
