No pros as such i found while work in fujitsu uk , it is totaly different fujitsu India . Being a part of both country in fujitsu i really disappointed working with Fujitsu uk

Management and people on manager level are doing injustice to the employees . They really dont care and unable to find projects for your skill set They will put you in project and at the end of project they force the employees to remove the time code or efforts you put in time sheet and insure the employee that will not impact in performance and review At the end hr would come back and say you are on bench so long hence we will layoff you as per your skills we dont have projects If the company dont have project why should they hire employees of the skill set they have .
