if anyone looking for Japan company Fujitsu is one of choice, and it have good salary if it is your second company or 3rd. a good learning will be given in this company.
Cons
if you join as fresher it is not good. you can learn many languages. But as you join fresher and work like 3 to 5 years in this company there is no expected salary. Other wise it is good company if you are lucky you get onsite too.
