Daily battle with in-house teams - simple requests for changes or decisions take weeks or months to get processed, dangerously disproportionate with the requirements of today’s clients, who need an agile responsive supplier. Programme directors follow a reckless pursuit of milestones at the expense of people - a real shame because rather than empowering and inspiring you so you willingly give that extra percentile, many PMs either leave or default to self preservation mode, apprension sets in, morale dissipates and creativity dies. Promotion freeze in 10/11, you will be operating at a single level for years & remuneration doesnt match that of competitors.
