Pros

They pay for relocation to their Florida office. The training is kind of in depth...

Cons

You have to move to Fort Myers which is cool until you realize that Spring Break is the most interesting thing going on there... Then after moving your entire life across the country and spending 2 months in training, you may still not have a job (they fired 7 people in my training class of 30). On top of that, once you get assigned to a team in the frat/sorority environment via their Russian roulette style of placement, you may end up with a brand new manager on an under-performing team and be under the microscope from your first day. The VPs are always looking for reasons to fire people. My advice would be to stay away.

Pros

Work life balance, though in late 2026 will be required to go back to office. Full autonomy for your own schedule.

Cons

Absolutely no path for growth.

Pros

Being a globally recognized company makes it easy to consistently engage clients. Great benefits. Amazing people (managers and colleagues) For the most part there is a clear path to success and promotions. Executives listen to feedback after every internal call to help guide strategy.

Cons

In office mandate increasing in office days from once a month to once a week. Need to live in Florida or Texas because of the in office mandate. Promotions take a while since there are many people going for the same roles. Hard to reach clients and constant territory’s shifting makes it difficult to achieve the numbers you and management expect.
