Flexible work schedules, and easy to grasp basic technical knowledge. There is less stress on selling best buy memberships within the dept (but this can be a store specific pro)

Cons

Heavy emphasis on customer service, can be draining.

Pros

Great people, amazing boss, flexible hours. Learned a lot about hardware and software troubleshooting and am always entertained repairing iPhone hardware.

Cons

Fast paced environment that may overwhelm new hires. In this role you are an anchor for the Consultation Agents so dealing with their problems on top of your own repairs can get a bit troublesome at times.
