Pros

Working at GoDaddy has truly been one of the most rewarding experiences of my career. Out of all the companies I’ve been part of—or even heard about—GoDaddy stands out in the best ways. Here are some of the highlights that make this place genuinely awesome: 1. Authentic Work Culture – The vibe here is relaxed yet driven. It’s a place where creativity meets accountability, and people genuinely enjoy what they do. 2. Small, Focused Teams – With lean teams, there’s minimal office politics and maximum productivity. Everyone has a voice, and collaboration is natural—not forced. 3. Support for Side Hustles – Got a passion project? As long as it doesn’t clash with company security or interests, GoDaddy has your back. 4. Hybrid Work, Done Right – Flexibility is real here. Whether you prefer working from home or the office, you get to choose what works best for you. 5. Thoughtful Perks – From a slick home office setup to some seriously cool goodies, GoDaddy ensures you feel welcome right from onboarding. 6. Culture of Kindness – There’s a quiet politeness in the air—people treat each other with respect, and it shows in everyday interactions. 7. No Hierarchy Drama – No micromanaging “bosses.” Just leaders who guide and colleagues who support. 8. Competitive Compensation (INR) – The salary packages are impressive, especially within the Indian tech landscape. 9. Exciting Growth and Innovation – With new acquisitions and cutting-edge research projects, there's never a dull moment. 10. Leadership That Gets It – With an Indian CEO at the helm, there’s a deep understanding of the Indian market and employee needs. The growth over the past two years speaks volumes. And honestly, that’s just scratching the surface. There’s so much more that makes GoDaddy feel less like a job, and more like a place you genuinely belong.

Cons

A few negative sides which I have found after lots of exploration - 1. Limited parking slots. 2. Live kitchen is missing, not mandatory but it can be a bonus for employees. 3. Gym and resting areas can be added to office space, again not mandatory but I felt so writing.

Pros

I've been with this company now for 10 years and I love it. It's a fantastic place to work. There's plenty of venues for assistance if you need help of any kind. The hours are reasonable and flexible. I had all my children during my tenure with GoDaddy and the support, time off and accommodations were nothing short of outstanding. I love the team I work with. There's a lot of room for growth and internal opportunities. The leadership here is unlike anywhere I've worked previously. GoDaddy has an eye for leadership talent and it shows. Overall, I love the company I work for.

Cons

I wouldn't say it's a 'con' but opportunities for growth require initiative, Expanding your comfort zone and getting to know people really help.

Pros

Great benefits, cool people (not including leadership)

Cons

- You'll be worked like a slave, told when you can take your breaks and lunches. - Boy's Club. If you're in it, you can get away with lying to customers, breaking company policy, and basically whatever you want. If you're not part of it, watch your back, you'll be hyper-scrutinized for every action you take. - Commissions are capped, so top performers are limited. - This is not a true sales job, you are taking inbound customer service calls and will be expected to do technical support and deal with escalated inbound customers. - Much of the job has been outsourced to a Business Partner Organization (BPO) in the Philippines. Because they aren't true GoDaddy employees, they are allowed to operate like the wild wild west. Lying to customers, selling them duplicate products, deleting things from their accounts and reselling them the same product. Basically a complete legal nightmare... but you aren't allowed to complain about it and you are expected to fix all the problems they create.
