      Pros

      Courtney Luff and the HR team, ability to contribute ideas, feeling valued, work/life balance -- did I mention Courtney Luff!

      Cons

      Constant change that involved RIFs and lay offs. Was challenging to keep morale up (but understand business was adjusting to make sure we could move forward). Lost my job in a RIF with many others talented employees.
